We learn about the sport and spirit of skiing, through the eyes of three hoteliers, whose families have run historic Alpine hotels through three generations, and for over a hundred years. We speak to them about their celebrity guests - including royalty, movie stars, presidents and Nobel Prize Winning Authors - the evolution of the sport, its the growth into an industry, the challenges of climate change and, most importantly, their passion for the mountains that endures through generations.
