Dead End

Tom is a factory worker in a dystopian future, stripped of rights and treated as just a part of the assembly line. At night, in computer-projected dreams, he is wealthy, successful, and attractive. However, recently, he has been having recurring dreams about his childhoods and a girl he used to be a friend with. The reason for this is a malfunction caused by faulty neural contacts built into his head.
