The Dead Don't Die

In 1985 a deadly outbreak turns the world's population into zombies. A rogue group of military people get stuck in a small town after a weapons deal goes bad. The leader of the military group Sgt. Bruce Paxton wants to rob a group of rich yuppies and gets caught in the mist of the zombie outbreak in the small town. The plague spreads worldwide and scientist Winston McCoy is the only man that can figure out what is causing the outbreak. Dr. McCoy has been missing for a few years and his estranged daughter Tanya Randall goes looking for him. Dr. McCoy has been reported to be conducting all types of unorthodox experiments over the years. Dr. McCoy was one of the top scientists in the world but disappeared shortly after the death of his wife. His mental state changed and started acting strangely, which caused Tanya to become distant from her father. Tanya is a reporter for the Washington Post and is looking for a major story by finding her father. A group of unlikely people end up coming together because of the outbreak. Now this group of strangers must try to survive and also figure out what has caused the outbreak. The end of the world appears to be coming as the dead come back to life. These survivors use all of their individual skills to stay alive and figure out why The Dead Don't Die!
