Two men who rebelled from Congolese Government Army and joined the opposing army, escaped from their country after opposing force displaced by the government army, they decide to move to Tanzania and pretend like they are poor but while they make their living by selling drugs on the pretext of newspapers business. But eventually arrested by the cooperation of the government of Congo and Tanzania.
